Nagoya City Ward Offices & Branch Offices Sunday Openings 区役所・支所の日曜窓口

If you work or study full time you may find it difficult to visit your local ward office when you need to. However, Nagoya City Ward Offices & Branch Offices are now open on the 1st Sunday of the month (2nd Sunday in May and January) between 08:45 and 12:00.

May 9, June 6, July 4, August 1, September 5, October 3, November 7, December 5, January 9, February 6, March 6, 20, 27
 

■Services Available include:

■Notification of moving into, or out of a ward, and change of address notifications.
■Procedures related to changing schools.
■Procedures relating to changing address
■Inkan seal registration, family register notifications, foreign residents’ alien registration application processing.
■Taxation filing, notification processing.
■Processing of tax payments.
■Issuance of - copies of certificates of residence (juminhyo), inkan seal registration certificates (inkan-toroku-shomeisho), copies of official family register certificates (koseki-tohon), tax certificates (zeimu-shomei).
