The Information Center located in the Nagoya Regional Immigration Bureau offers consultations on matters related to visas. Inquiries may be made either in person or over the phone.

Using the Aonami Line
1 minute walk from Nagoya Keibajo-mae Station (AN07) 名古屋競馬場前; 13 minutes and 260 Yen from Nagoya Station on the Aonami Lineあおなみ線.

From 07:00 - 09:30: 00, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50

■About the Aonami Line
The Aonami Line is a separate subway line that runs from Nagoya Station. If you arrive at Nagoya via another line (including the Higashiyama or Sakura-dori lines) you will have to exit through the ticket gate and go to the Aonami entrance located near the Shinkansen South Exit.

Transpass discount cards – Joint Yurika (共通ユリカ), SF Panorama (SF パノラマ), and Aonami Card (あおなみカード) can be used on the Aonami Line.
Subway day passes cannot be used on the Aonami Line.

By Subway & City Bus
From Tokai Dori Subway Station (東海通), exit 3 - bus stops 3 & 4 take any Kan Jingu 1(幹神宮1) or Tokai 12 (東海12) route bound bus. Get off at Nagoya Keibajo-mae Eki (名古屋競馬場前駅); it’s the 5th stop.
Buses run every 5 - 10 minutes.

To return to Tokai Dori take any City bus from in front of the Immigration Office, buses run every 5 - 10 minutes.

A subway/bus combined day pass costs 850 Yen and is available from subway ticket machines and on City buses. The regular bus fare is 200 Yen one way.
