Other medical checkups
If you require a general medical checkup for a school entrance or employment application, clinics and hospitals within Nagoya can provide such checkups for a fee. General hospitals are more convenient if you require a more extensive
checkup. Please contact the hospital where you would like to receive the checkup, and submit the name of the place to which the medical examination certificate should be submitted. Your medical checkup will be performed according to the form you provide.
