Another long-running English-speaking counseling service available is the Tokyo English Life Line. This country is slowly becoming more open to mental health and to offering medical assistance for the heart and mind. As such, there are many more facilities available in recent years. The Nagoya International Center 3F Information Services Corner has a file on medical institutions in the area offering mental health services, particularly facilities with services in foreign languages.
