We’ve been introducing the various subject areas in the reading room of the library in alphabetical order.  This month we’ll cover the Cooking Section (COO), which has grown to approximately 60 volumes representing various countries and various types of cooking. 

Countries represented include Canada, China, France, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, and Turkey.  We have:

Books on healthy cooking, such as  The Greatest Ever Vegetarian Cookbook by Nicola Graimes

Classics, such as Julia Child’s Mastering the Art of French Cooking

Books on fast and easy cookbooks like Fast Fab Food by Richard Cawley

Books for holiday cooking, such as Betty Crocker’s Christmas Cookbook

We also have books on deserts, baking, seafood, spices and many more mouthwatering delights!
