Tulips are spring flowers, but they are making an early appearance at Hisayaodori Garden Flarie. By keeping the bulbs at low temperatures, the flowers come into bloom two months earlier than under normal conditions. And because they bloom while the temperature is still cold, the tulips can be enjoyed for a whole month.

When: Mid-Feb. to late Mar. (9:00 – 17:30)
