Learners may choose from a variety of types of instruction depending on their goals.

The tuition fees at language institutions run by volunteers are usually low, as they generally are offered at actual cost.

Three forms of language instruction exist in Japan.

1) Japanese language courses provided by private universities for overseas students

2) Private schools and tutors

3) Japanese language courses provided by volunteers at very affordable rates

Tests and Exams available for learners

You may want to sit for a standardised test for a variety of reasons ranging from employement to immigration or simply to see where you’re at. Below are some of the well known tests available.
