In the case a worker is injured on the job or during commutes to/from work, by law an employer may be required to provide compensation for medical treatment and time off.

The Aichi Labour Bureau

The Bureau offers counselling in English and Portuguese concerning working conditions such as dismissal, non-payment of wages and working hours, workers’ accident compensation insurance, workers’ accident compensation pension, industrial health and safety, health, and health care at the workplace.
