Comprehensive Seminar and Consultations for Parents and Guardians of Foreign Children
Seminar (max. 60 people): “You & Your School” It isn’t as simple as just sending off your child to school in the morning. Your relationship and involvement with a school can impact significantly on the child’s life at school. If you currently have a child in elementary or junior high school in your care, this seminar is well worth considering.
Personal Consultations (max. 16 groups up to 20 min/group): Speak to an education specialist to get advice on issues such as truancy, bullying, special-needs education and any other developmental areas of education. English, Portuguese, Spanish, Chinese and Filipino interpreters will be provided for both the seminar and consultations. A relaxed and informative peer support salon will also take place where parents and guardians can casually talk to one another about their children.
