Designated Tsunami Evacuation Buildings in Nagoya City

In order to protect human life in other coastal and low-lying areas of the city that may be affected by a tsunami, the City of Nagoya has designated certain buildings in these areas as tsunami evacuation buildings.


Hiking Courses: Aichi-Kenmin-No-Mori East Ridge

This walk starts at Mikawa Makihara Station and end at Yuya Onsen Station where you can relax in the local hot springs. Accessible by train from Nagoya, you don’t need a car to enjoy the autumn scenery of western Aichi Prefecture.
