• This is a free service
• Submissions for commercial purposes & job hiring are not accepted.
• The NIC is not responsible for any problems that arise between parties placing notices & their respondents.
• NIC reserves the right to refuse or edit notices.
• Applications should be submitted by the first of the month for the following month’s edition. For example, if you would like your submission to be included in the July edition, the submission deadline is  May 31.
