Children’s Story Book Time

Come and share in the fun and listen to foreign volunteers as they read a selection of children’s books in their native language.

NIC Japanese Class for Children

This course is taught by volunteers and is designed for children whose native language is not Japanese. Students learn Japanese skills necessary for school and daily life.

NIC Nihongo no Kai Japanese Class for Adults

The Center’s ever-popular program offers 4 levels of conversation classes and 3 levels of writing classes.

NIC Japanese Class for High School Students

The class aims to help students acquire the foundations of Japanese necessary for their studies, to enable them to complete their high school studies and pursue careers.

Health Consultations for Foreign Residents

Free health consultations, organized by the Nagoya City Health and Welfare Bureau, Nagoya International Center, and Medical Information Center Aichi.

NIC International Walking

Hosted by NIC’s volunteer Walking Guides, this year’s spring walk explores Yanagibashi Central Market, Shikemichi Street, and Endōji Shopping District.

Development Training for Supporters of Foreign Students and Children – Beginner Course

A training program (over 3 sessions) for supporters, carers and teachers of foreign students and children.
