See the Chunichi Dragons at The Nagoya Dome - 中日ドラゴンズ情報

Baseball is Japan's de-facto national sport. Japanese Professional Baseball (puro-yakyu プロ野球) consists of two 6-team leagues, the Central League and the Pacific League. The higher status Central League offers a more traditional style of baseball while the more dynamic Pacific League features faster-paced games and employs the designated hitter. The 144-game regular season runs from April 3 until September 30. The top 3 teams in each league at the end of the season play-off to decide which team will represent each league in the best-of-seven Japan Series in October.

The Chunichi Dragons play in the Central League and play nearly all their home games at the Nagoya Dome. The Dome is a 3 minute walk from Nagoya Dome-mae Yada Subway Station. Runners-up in 2006, Champions in 2007, and play-off losers in 2008. How will they fair this season?
