Oceans Apart - Following Futsal in Nagoya 名古屋オーシャンズ　3連覇へ
The Nagoya Oceans play in Japan’s 10-team professional futsal league (the F-League) and play their home games at the specially-built indoor 2500-seater Taiyo Yakuhin Ocean Arena大洋薬品オーシャンアリーナ, located in Minato Ward. The league is in its 3rd season and the Oceans are gunning for a third league championship! The first matches of the 2009 - 2010 season kicked off on August 22. The Oceans make their home debut on September 6. If you have never experienced a pro futsal game before now’s your chance!

■Tickets: General seating tickets are priced at 2000 Yen for adults, 800 Yen for children (6 -12). Tickets are available via the P-code system at Family Mart, SunKus, Circle K, and Ticket Pia - P-code 592-585.
■Access: A 1 minute walk from Kinjo-futo Station 金城ふ頭 (last stop) on the Aonami Line.

■About Futsal
Futsal is the official version of 5-a-side football, sanctioned by FIFA and played on a small court. The game Its name is derived from the Portuguese futebol de salão which can be translated as 'indoor football' and has long been the key to Brazil's dominance of world football. The rules are slightly different from its 11-a-side sibling - a match has two 20-minute periods, the clock stops when play stops, kick-ins, sin-bins, unlimited substitutions, and a smaller, heavier ball.
