Prior reservation is required for collection of large-sized garbage.
Reservations can be made up to 7 days before the collection date by phone (Large-Sized Garbage Call Center: 052-950-2581 [call charges apply], 0120-758-530 [land lines only, toll free]) or online (Japanese only).
The Large-Sized Garbage Call Center will also be closed between Thu. 29 Dec. and Tue. 3 Jan. For collection between Wed. 4 Jan. and Fri. 6 Jan. (inclusive), please note that reservations should be made by Wed. 28 Dec.
