Tomoko Fuse (1951- ) is an origami specialist.

She is world-renowned as a leading artist in the field of "unit origami," which involves creating three-dimensional works by combining individual units, each folded from a single sheet of paper.

This exhibition will feature a wide variety of origami works that showcase infinite forms and beauty through a variety of folding methods, such as "unit folding," "spiral folding," "flat folding," "infinite folding," and "modeling with knots," from among the many works the artist has created in recent years.

In addition, four new installations will be presented to the public for the first time, utilizing the museum's Art Nouveau furniture exhibition room.

This exhibition will showcase the powerful and versatile beauty of origami, breaking away from its stereotypical image.
