Toyota City Museum Special Exhibition "Washoku--Japanese Nature and People's Wisdom (豊田市博物館 特別展「和食~日本の自然、人々の知恵~」)

2025.04.06

2023 will mark 10 years since washoku (traditional Japanese cuisine) was registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Washoku is attracting more and more attention around the world.

This exhibition will introduce washoku from multiple perspectives, including science and history, along with a wide variety of specimens and materials.
