Vaccinations will be provided at hospitals and clinics in Nagoya City to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Two doses will be administered.
Eligibility:
Residents of Nagoya City aged 12 and over
*Children turning 12 will be sent a vaccination coupon at the beginning of the month following their birth month (i.e. after they have turned 12).

Procedure for receiving the vaccination
(1) A vaccination coupon will be sent to each eligible individual by post.
You will be sent a vaccination coupon in an envelope like this:

(2) Once you receive a vaccination coupon, make a reservation to receive the vaccination.
①For a vaccination at a group vaccination venue:
Vaccinations at group vaccination venues and mass vaccination venues have now ended.
②For a vaccination at a designated medical facility (individual vaccination):
Contact your nearest designated medical facility directly to make a reservation.
You can search and check availability of designated medical facilities on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's Korona Wakuchin Nabi (コロナワクチンナビ) website:
