★Pamphlet Boxes

There are 240 pamphlet boxes located on the 3rd floor of the Nagoya International Center, providing information on the activities of international cooperation organizations, information for daily life, English language newsletters, and various pamphlets about language schools, studying abroad, and more. This is a unique, popular and easily accessible place to pick up information on international exchange and cooperation. Pamphlet boxes are divided into two categories, paid and free.

●Paid (can also be used by private companies)

Individuals and groups with an understanding of the established aims and program content of the Nagoya International Center, and who wish to support the Center, can pay a usage fee to receive exclusive use of a pamphlet box, with your a nameplate of your choice. The usage fee for one year is 48,000 Yen.

●Free (public organizations, NPOs, volunteer groups)

Pamphlet boxes can be used for flyers calling for participants for events organised by public organizations, NPOs, volunteer groups, etc. for free or a small fee. Pamphlets introducing international exchange / cooperation activities can be placed for free. Users can either deliver materials in person, or send them to NIC.

Requests to use specific boxes cannot be accepted. Users may not be able to use boxes depending on pamphlet content or box availability. Please inquire for further information.
