In conjunction with the Kobe-based Refugee Assistance Headquarters (RHQ), the Nagoya International Center provides a counseling service for refugees, convention refugees, their family members, and asylum seekers, at the Nagoya International Center 3F Information Counter. RHQ advisers provide information and advice on various difficulties in daily life for refugees and protection measures for asylum seekers. The counseling service is for free of charge. Confidentiality is guaranteed. Reservations required.

When: Thursday (not every week) (10:00 - 16:00); no service on national holidays
