Accommodation Facilities

The ISC provides accommodation facilities for international students, with 80 single-occupant rooms and 10 couple rooms (a total capacity of 100 students).

Training activities

Training sessions to enhance students' understanding of Japanese culture are held twice per year.

Supporters' Association

International students act as 'bridges' for strengthening friendship between their home countries and Japan. When the ISC opened in 1990, a support organization of local businesses, groups, and residents of Minato Ward, was established to support students and promote international goodwill within the community.

ISC Volunteers

The ISC is supported by two kinds of registered volunteers. Japanese Language Volunteers teach Japanese language to international students requiring linguistic support. Exchange Volunteers organize fun interactive events and provide a friendly environment for international students, living in unfamiliar surrounds far from their home countries.

Access
