NICライブラリー　予約図書の貸し出しサービスのご案内

Books can be reserved and borrowed.
Please use the library online search to find the items you would like to borrow, and call the NIC Library to reserve them.

How to use the service: Search for an item using the library online search, reserve it by phone, and come in to the Nagoya International Center in person to pick it up.
When reserving items, please provide the following details:

① Your name
② NIC Library Card number
③ Your phone number
④ Item name/s (up to 6 items can be reserved)
⑤ Pick-up date

Reservations: NIC Library (Phone: 052-581-0102; 9:00 - 19:00; Closed Mondays)

* Due date can be extended once (up to two weeks) by phone.
* If the item/s are not collected within two weeks of the pick-up date, the reservation will be cancelled.
* Requests to search for items via phone not accepted. Items that can be borrowed excludes DVDs.
