At the Information Service Corner on the 3rd floor, service is available in Japanese, English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Filipino, Vietnamese, Nepali, Indonesian, and Thai. Information is provided on life in Japan, sightseeing, and international exchange events in the community.

Common inquiries include such topics as Japanese language schools, volunteer Japanese language classes, status of residence (visas), tax, health insurance, labor issues, medical facilities providing service in foreign languages, and tourist and transport information. Multilingual staff fluent in foreign languages are available to assist with inquiries at the Information Counter.
