Aichi Prefecture has produced A Guidebook for your Future and Money (「愛知県に住む外国人のみなさんへ 知って安心!あなたの未来とお金のまるっとガイドブック」を作成しました)
2020.03.27
Aichi has the second highest number of foreign residents after Tokyo, with more than 270,000 foreign residents, and in recent years the number of permanent residents has been increasing. A lack of information in foreign languages on Japanese systems including housing, education, and life post-retirement means that many foreign residents are uncertain and unable to plan for their future.
In order to assist foreign residents to live in stability, Aichi Prefecture has compiled a booklet in multiple languages highlighting the importance of having a life plan that takes into account factors such as children's education, purchasing a house, and life after retirement, as well as enrolling in social insurance.
The booklet is available to download in 7 languages (Japanese, English, Portuguese, Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, and Spanish) via the URL below.
