看板を読もう「検温・消毒」


To keep everyone safe, many premises are asking patrons to submit to a body temperature check, and are also providing disinfectant (not all alcohol based) at entrances.

~器 ~ki (device, instrument)


検温器 ken'onki (clinical thermometer)

手指 teyubi / shushi (hands and fingers; fingers of the hand [as opposed to toes: 足指 / ashiyubi, lit. foot fingers])


消毒 shōdoku (disinfection, sterilization)


ご協力ください go-kyōryoku kudasai (your cooperation is appreciated [lit. please give your cooperation])

消毒液 shōdokueki (antiseptic solution, disinfectant)


次亜塩素酸水 jiaensosansui (hypochlorous acid water)


~を使用しています。 ~wo shiyō shite imasu (uses ~)


適量 tekiryō (proper amount)


手のひら te no hira (palm of the hand)


両手 ryōte (both hands)


むらなく muranaku (thoroughly)


なじませる najimaseru (mix, blend [as you rub it on your hands])


乾くまで kawaku made (until dry)


すり合わせる suriawaseru (rub together)
