The Neo River flows between Motosu City and Ono Town in Gifu Prefecture. With the river and the autumn night sky as a backdrop, visitors can enjoy fireworks shaped like cherry blossoms and roses. This fireworks display is especially exciting because you can view the explosions from an astonishingly close distance and hear the thunderous "boom!" as they erupt.
