Hida Takayama is blessed with a favorable climate, pure water, and high-quality rice, giving rise to excellent local sake. Historic breweries that remain in the old townscape continue to produce sake to this day.The Hida Takayama Sake Brewery "Nonbei" Festival is a stamp rally where you can visit breweries while enjoying sake tastings. Purchase a Hida Takayama Sake Tasting Booklet and try to visit all six breweries!

Venues: Hirase Shuzoten, Niki Shuzo, Hirata Shuzojo, Harada Shuzojo, Funasaka Shuzoten, Oita Shuzoten

Each brewery may have temporary closures. In such cases, tastings and a special large stamp will be available at the Nakabashi Tourist Information Center.
