This popular annual event showcases, in real life, the efforts of dozens of creatives of different foreign nationalities living in the Chubu Region of Japan. Participants include recent newcomers, as well as professional artists who have been here for decades. It is an excellent opportunity to enjoy and experience different artistic and cultural viewpoints.
