From 1 March 2022, drivers wishing to apply to change their foreign license to a Japanese license need to make a reservation in advance.

Please select the place where you wish to apply to change your license (Driver's License Examination Center - Hirabari, or Higashi-Mikawa Driver's License Center - Tosan), the application date, etc., enter the required information, and submit your reservation.
